# Property related Podcasts

- Description: It's not always about reading articles on blogs, there are plenty of property and mortgage-related podcasts out there which are great to listen to as you walk or when having some quiet time. Here are a few I listen to that are great.

Podcasts have never been something I was that interested in until about a year ago. A friend sent me a link to listen to an episode on the condition of the market which was a discussion involving economists, lenders and others. From that point, I was hooked on listening as I was out walking. 

So here are a few I currently listen to and highly recommend. The key I find is that you often find the best conversation in the least likely places. I will post some more later.

## Barclays Private Bank

Whilst it’s by Barclays Private Bank they cover a lot of topics that are of interest to everyone. Inflation, the Recession, and the war in Ukraine have been covered recently.

## MJ Group Super Prime

If you have an interest in the Super Prime London market then MJ International Group has you covered. They cover a wide range of topics covering the UK which can impact everyone as well as insights into those large value property values.

## The Mortgage Mum

Over at the mortgage mum podcast, you will find a wide range of discussions on mortgages. Guides to renovating, market updates, different types of lending and a lot more. A really interesting one.

## Martin Lewis

A consumer favourite, Martin Lewis brings lots of discussion around money-saving tips and consumer advice. Everything is up for discussion here not just property and mortgages.
