# New Support System for Questions

When users email, they sometimes get lost. When visitors email questions, getting sufficient information to help can be difficult. So, I decided to build a new support system for this purpose.

## What is it?

Simply put, it’s just a form, but every registered user can contact me. The questions and queries are private between me and the person sending the form. It also allows for replies and notifications.

It’s just a much easier way to contact us; some are already using it and loving it.

## How do you use it?

It’s really easy. Just register if you haven’t already. At the top right of the menu, you will see your username. It has a dropdown menu that allows you to edit your profile and access the support system, where you can get in touch.

Please use this rather than email. I understand some prefer to email rather than register on yet another site. I am still happy to accept questions and queries via email, which may lead to delays.
