You are either here because you know me or want one of my templates, cant think why though :) Although they cant be that bad, over 5,000 downloads since Jan 2009.
As you can see I produce 3 types of template in my spare time. HTML/CSS, Wordpress and phpBB forum templates. I tend to do more HTML/CSS work, simply as I enjoy it much more than the others. Although having said that it does seem that less and less folks are using static templates for their sites and turning more towards the likes of Wordpress and others to make life easier.
I am not saying that's wrong though. It's a kind of catch 22, with a template created with HTML/CSS you need to know a bit of coding to make it what you want it to be, whether that be to add news automatically or just content in general. Although this can be more easily achieved with a script like wordpress you cant always get the look you really want despite the 000's of templates out there.
What your looking at just now is simply an HTML/CSS design, it looks and does exactly what I want with minimal effort. I like nice clean designs rather than complex ones.
I am not a good designer in terms of graphics, so I tend to find some good photoshop templates and convert them into HTML/CSS templates for you to use. So I take not credit for this element of the designs, unless of course I did have a go like this site your seeing.
